Don was an wonderful person. Great dad, amazing husband a super brother, uncle and friend. He enjoyed boating around our beautiful coastal community of Terence Bay/Prospect Bay and ATV adventures with our fun loving friends. He was adventurous, loved to travel and had a great passion for music! In his younger years Don played softball and hockey as he was a true sports fan and when our son was old enough to walk he encouraged him to play! They enjoyed many years together playing ball, hockey, ATV adventures and boating. We spent every weekend together as a family enjoying the great out doors. Don was employed for 45 years at Rona Inc. working his way up from yard worker to supervisor and like his friends and family his employees loved him. Don loved our winter trips south with dear friends who we consider to be family! He would lend a helping hand to all and if he had it and you needed it! It was yours. Don is and always will be remembered as a truly beautiful person. His memory will live on with Mel and Jeff, his brothers and sisters, his brother /sister in-laws, his many nieces, nephews and his friends. A celebration to honor his life, inspiration and kindness he shared with all that knew him will take place at a later date.
